Calculating Shipping & Handling Cost
It's easy to calculate shipping & handling costs before you purchase a product. To determine shipping & handling charges on USA domestic orders, calculate the total of all products ordered after discounts and before tax, then determine the shipping amount based on the above rates. For Canada and International orders, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Enter your address information, then click "Continue to shipping method". A shipping rate will then be displayed above the order total.
We ship Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We reserve the right to ship your package using the least expensive method. At this time all packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground service. Order tracking is not available for all First Class Mail.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that a correct and complete address is provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship the package and invoice you the fees to resend the package.
Canada and International: All International First Class Mail will be marked as commercial merchandise. The value you paid for the items will be marked. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs and are the responsibility of the buyer. International delivery times vary with most packages being delivered within two to six weeks. We regret that we are not able to ship stamp sets in plastic DVD cases to locations outside the US. All stamp sets will be packaged in a clear bag with the packaging insert. Some items cannot be shipped internationally and are noted in product descriptions as "USA Only". A Muse Studio cannot be held responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.

Checking Order Status
To check the status of an order, login to your Account.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All orders are payable in US funds.
A Muse Studio wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept exchanges for unused or defective merchandise. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Products must be current, active items.
Please return the merchandise along with a completed Exchange form (available here) using traceable mail at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange as per your instructions. Please include a daytime telephone number so that we may contact you if we have questions regarding your exchange.
No returns or exchanges are allowed on clearance or sale merchandise.
Discontinued Merchandise Policy
A Muse Studio reserves the right to substitute items or provide refunds for items that are discontinued or out of stock.
